Two weeks have passed since I last posted. We have done a lot since: packed a house and put it in storage in Ireland, started from scratch(quite literally) with another one in Greece. Cleaned(well, as much as one can clean with a toddler “helping out”), furnished and settled into another one in Greece. Went from 17 degrees to close to 40 in a matter of days. Sweated buckets(even in my sleep), shouted LOADS (my coping mechanism to heat), took numerous baths both indoors and in the sea…And enjoyed fresh food from the market for ridiculous prices(my average spend on all I can carry fruit and veg never exceeded 15 Euro). So to celebrate this week’s theme at the gallery I will add something related to Greek food, obviously.
