Yeap, I reached another one and this one is not budging. 68.4 for the last week and a half. It hasn’t helped that the weather has been darn cold and I wasn’t able to go out anywhere. Have you experienced plateaux when trying to lose weight? What were the solutions that worked for you? I am half way there with my weight loss but it would be nice to kick start my metabolism again and be 65 kilos by the time I hit the beach. Please help!

How do you feel about juicing for the weekend for a kick start and have raw foods for dinner. Look also for other things , that will support you like plenty of good sleep and rest, lots of water and feeling happy
I am also sure, that once you hit the beach you will lose even more weight.

Yeah, I thought about doing maybe an only raw veggie and fruit weekend. It’s hard to get good sleep with the days being so long now but I will try and go to bed earlier. Yes, water, I ALWAYS neglect drinking, thanks for the reminder!xx
